Yesterday on December, 12 KarriärFöretagen named the top 100 Swedish employers with the best and most qualitative employer branding accomplishments in the country. Scanfil has been selected to be one of the top 100 Career Companies in Sweden for 2017. The Career Company emblem is the symbol of quality and a Swedish stamp of approval for professionalism in the workplace.

For 2017, over 5,000 companies and 600 public works organizations have participated in the selection process to become one of Swedens 100 certified Career Companies. The basis for the selection process not only confirms an organizations dedication to maintaining a high-quality employer brand, but also begins with a qualification process that ensures potential nominees fulfill all of the required criteria to ensure that it is a safe and attractive employer. Organizations are rewarded for successful focus on developing their employer brand.

The basic criteria for the top 100 companies need to meet are reliability, financial stability, growth, diversity, equality, career opportunities, perceptivity, employee development, environmental awareness, and transparency. Those companies and organizations fulfilling all the requirements of these ten criteria have qualified for nomination to become a KF 2017 organization. The ultimate selection is made by a jury of employer branding and recruitment experts who carefully review the data for each of the major criteria for the nominated organizations. Special focus is put upon the following characteristics:

Support of the employer branding culture in the organizations leadership

Individuals’ dedication within the organizations employer branding

Results of the ten basic criteria for nomination qualification

Level of quality of the Employer Branding marketing activities undertaken

We are happy and proud to be recognized as a career company. During the last year, we have put a lot of focus on building a strong competence development process, and this is a proof that we are working in the right direction. Now it is even more important to continue the journey we have started to develop our competencies further within the company and way of working. This is the third year in a row that we have received this award, says Eva Klevås, Group HR Director.
