THE NEW SHARES SUBSCRIBED FOR IN THE SHARE ISSUE OF SCANFIL PLC HAVE BEEN REGISTERED IN THE FINNISH TRADE REGISTER

SCANFIL PLC    STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE  15 MARCH 2016,   1.15 P.M.

THE NEW SHARES SUBSCRIBED FOR IN THE SHARE ISSUE OF SCANFIL PLC HAVE BEEN REGISTERED IN THE FINNISH TRADE REGISTER 

A total of 5 715 000 new shares were subscribed for in Scanfil Plc’s (“Scanfil” or the “Company”) directed share issue. New shares corresponding to subscriptions have been entered into the Trade Register on 15 March 2016.

After the increase the Company’s registered share capital is divided into 63 445 439 shares. The shares will entitle their holders to dividends and other shareholder rights in the Company as of the date of registration of the shares in the Trade Register. The new shares will be traded on the main list of the NASDAQ Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares on or about 16 March 2016.
