SCANFIL PLC’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2015

Scanfil plc will release the 2014 Financial Statements Bulletin on Tuesday 24 February 2015. The Annual Report 2014 including Financial Statements will be available during week 11 in March 2015.

The Annual General Meeting of Scanfil plc will be held on Wednesday 8 April 2015 in the company’s main office at the address Yritystie 6, Sievi. A shareholder must declare his or her request to have a subject on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting in writing to Scanfil plc’s Board of Directors on Friday, 30 January, 2015 at the latest by mail to address Scanfil plc, Hallitus, Yritystie 6, 85410 Sievi, Finland

In 2015 Scanfil plc will publish Interim Reports as follows:

– for January – March          on Wednesday  29 April   2015 
– for January – June            on Monday     10 August  2015
