ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 1O OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Varikot Oy (business ID 2473422-8), Sirpa Kotilainen, Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen and Aleksi Kotilainen have according to chapter 2, section 9, of the Securities Markets Act on 18 July 2012 disclosed to Scanfil plc (business ID 2422742-9) that on 18 July 2012 voting right in Varikot Oy has changed. Based on the agreement between stakeholders, the voting right in Varikot Oy is used together by Sirpa Kotilainen (50%), Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen (25%) and Aleksi Kotilainen (25%). Sirpa Kotilainen, Riitta-Liisa Kotilainen and Aleksi Kotilainen also own shares of Scanfil plc personally. Share of ownerships and percentages of the shares of Scanfil plc are:
