Scanfil Mysłowice in Poland has strengthened its manufacturing capabilities with two new Trumpf TruBend Cell 5130 robotic bending systems. The investment supports smarter, more efficient production and further enhances Scanfil’s capabilities in delivering high-quality, cost-competitive solutions to its customers.
Fully integrated with the site’s automatic STOPA storage system, the new robotic cells improve material flow, boost production efficiency, and support scalable manufacturing. With the two existing robotic bending machines relocated in the facility, the use of available equipment was maximized and overall production capacity expanded.
The investment also includes the latest Trumpf software, which helps optimize bending processes, improve production planning, and identify potential bottlenecks before they affect delivery performance.
For customers, these enhancements mean improved quality, efficiency, and manufacturing flexibility, and greater support for growing production volumes.
For employees, increased automation reduces repetitive manual tasks and provides access to advanced manufacturing technologies.
By continuously investing in automation and smart manufacturing solutions, Scanfil Mysłowice strengthens its capabilities to support customers throughout their product lifecycle with efficient, scalable, and reliable manufacturing services.
